API OIDC Demo

This demo logs into Keycloak, sends the resulting access token to FastAPI, validates it against the realm JWKS, fetches the stored broker token for globus, then calls the IRI API using the Globus access token whose scope includes https://auth.globus.org/scopes/ed3e577d-f7f3-4639-b96e-ff5a8445d699/iri_api.
